Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for Microsoft’s AI technologies, including 365, Power Platform, GitHub Copilot, and related tools.
Stay informed on Microsoft’s AI roadmap and develop strategic plans for technology rollouts.
Analyze and report on the performance of AI solutions, using data-driven insights to optimize outcomes.
Drive user adoption through targeted training programs and foster communities of practice.
Collaborate with global teams and Microsoft representatives to stay updated and share insights.
Identify opportunities to enhance existing products with Microsoft’s AI capabilities.
Build and nurture an internal talent pool to support the organization’s AI transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
1–2 years of hands-on experience with generative AI and tools like Copilot.
Minimum 6 years of product management experience in a corporate environment (e.g., banking, telecom, or professional services).
Demonstrated success in leading large-scale projects and strategic initiatives, particularly within the AI or technology space.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft AI technologies, including 365, Power Platform, and Copilot.
Proven ability to influence without direct authority and communicate effectively to educate and align stakeholders.
Experience developing product vision and strategy, with a track record of driving innovation.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to explain complex ideas in a clear and compelling manner.
